All programs are tailored to what we believe will provide the best possible care for you. After the pre-assessment has been completed, you will be placed in our Right Track residential treatment program. Right Track is a highly structured daily program that incorporates evidence-based therapies, accountability, and connection into individualized treatment plans.

During Right Track, treatment plans may include:

  • Individual and group counseling

    • Group counseling will allow you to feel supported, seen, and heard during sessions with those who have been in your shoes
  • Education Groups
    • 6 days a week, you will participate in intensive psychoeducational groups to help you understand the reasons for your addiction and learn the tools for sustainable recovery.
    • These groups include: Substance use and recovery education, anger management, coping strategies and relapse prevention, and conflict resolution
  • Supportive services
    • Our residential technicians and leadership staff have been where you are and have reached the other side of addiction. Our staff provides mentoring and will always be prepared to lend an open ear and an open heart

    • Every week on our campuses, we host 12-step meetings and a variety of other self-help meetings
  • Goal setting
    • We coordinate with you and your support system about what comes next after treatment
    • We provide referrals to mental and physical health specialists and resources for further community support.
  • Aftercare
    • Crossroads has several outpatient programs for you to progress to after treatment
    • Three of them include:
      • Crossroads Aftercare Program (CAP) is a hybrid program that incorporates Telehealth and in-person meetings. At Crossroads, everyone is welcome. It doesn’t matter to us who you are or where you’re from; we are just glad that you found your way here. We welcome all adults from the age of 18 who are looking for treatment for substance use and mental health issues. The doors of our admissions office are open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and on Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. Initial assessments and insurance verification are done from 7:00 am to 10:00 am.

You may be eligible for admission if you are experiencing:

  • Substance use disorder (SUD)
  • Alcohol use disorder (AUD)
  • Mental health conditions
  • Chronic return to use

We also provide treatment for women’s health, including care for pregnant women who require treatment for any of the above issues or need contraceptive services.

If, during the initial examination, you require detox services or other levels of care, such as intensive outpatient programs (IOP) or outpatient treatment, we will provide a referral to services at one of the trusted organizations we work with in the area.

Pre-Admission Assessments

Upon entering our treatment facility, you will meet with a trained admissions coordinator who will conduct an assessment to determine your best level of care. This includes psychological, physical, and physiological assessments. Our admissions coordinator will draw routine labs, perform a full examination of your health, and treat any minor wounds.

If we determine that we are the best care for you, you will be placed in one of our residential care facilities. During this time, our staff will arrange the needed care program for your stay and incorporate a recommended care plan if provided by your primary care physician.

Insurance Verification

During your entry to Crossroads, an admissions coordinator will discuss your treatment options and complete insurance verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of your identification or your full name and date of birth for insurance verification purposes. Our team will confirm what your insurance will cover and verify your benefits to ensure you have no unexpected charges after treatment.

Crossroads believes that everyone should have access to quality treatment, and we accept a wide variety of commercial insurance plans as well as Medicaid. If you don’t have active insurance, Crossroads can provide a Substance Abuse Block Grant that can cover your treatment costs until you enroll in an active insurance plan. Scholarships may also be available if you are uninsured, pending in-person interviews and approval from our admissions team.

Personalized Treatment Recommendation

Right Track is Crossroads’ proven residential treatment program, highly structured and primarily focused on your individual journey. It is a 45-day path designed to give you the care you require, while allowing you the opportunity to slow down, reset, and build a community on your recovery journey.

Our 45-day path includes:

  • Individual and group counseling
  • Recreational activities
  • Peer mentors and support
  • Experiential therapies
  • Educational groups

Right Track welcomes those who have decided to pursue recovery or those who have returned to using. You will be connected to medical and mental health networks, and we will work with you on an aftercare plan that is a best fit for your level of care.

Practical Preparation – How to Get Ready

What to Bring

After admission into one of our treatment facilities, you will be asked to bring enough personal supplies to last the entire 45-day program.

Some of these personal supplies include:

  • 1 to 2 weeks of clothing
    • Comfortable clothing fit for recovery
    • We have a washer and a dryer available for you to use
  • Hygiene products
    • Shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, toothpaste, and toothbrush
  • Tobacco products

To ensure you are comfortable during your stay, if you are unable to bring what you need, we will provide you with necessities.

Your Support System: The Importance of Family Communication

No one should have to go through this journey alone. Understanding and support are what truly drive the recovery process; we include family counseling in our Right Track treatment plans to provide addiction education and promote conversation between you and your support systems.

During these counseling sessions, topics may include:

  • Creating and maintaining a healthy support system
  • What should be done in the event of a return to use
  • Education and tools for navigating addiction
  • Resources for further support after treatment

We know that addiction doesn’t only affect you; that is why family involvement in the addiction treatment process is extremely important. Communication with families throughout the process can help everyone involved find the space to share experiences and grow together.

Why Choose Crossroads

At Crossroads, the care we have for our community is our driving force. Our mentoring programs are done by staff members who are on their own recovery journeys. They know what you are going through and can provide you with the understanding that you may truly need.
