Crossroads is fully licensed to provide comprehensive substance abuse treatment and mental health support through all Arizona AHCCCS providers, as well as commercial insurance plans. We are committed to making recovery accessible to everyone, including those who are underinsured or uninsured. Clients without insurance may qualify for our program through Substance Use Block Grant (SUBG) funding. Additionally, Crossroads offers scholarship opportunities to those in need, covering the full cost of treatment for eligible individuals. Our mission is to ensure that financial barriers do not stand in the way of a healthier, sober future.
