Insurance Verification

Crossroads is fully licensed to provide comprehensive substance use treatment and mental health support through all Arizona AHCCS providers, as well as commercial insurance plans. We are committed to making recovery accessible to everyone, including those who are underinsured or who have no insurance at all. Clients without insurance may qualify for our program through Substance Use Block Grant (SUBG) funding. Additionally, Crossroads offers scholarship opportunities for those in need, covering the full cost of treatment for eligible individuals. Our mission is to ensure that financial barriers do not stand in the way of a healthier sober future.
