About Us
For 60 years, Crossroads has remained committed to putting community first. We have helped thousands of clients with substance use disorder (SUD) and alcohol use disorder (AUD) rebuild a strong foundation for the future through compassionate, personalized care.
Every person who walks through our doors is met with trust, understanding, and genuine connection, because most of our team has been right where you are.
The opioid crisis is still relevant across Arizona. Since January of 2026, 282 residents of Arizona have died from opioid overdoses, with 173 being from Maricopa County alone. It is our mission at Crossroads to decrease this number by providing a community of lasting support that never turns anyone away when they need care.
What We Treat at Crossroads
At Crossroads, we know that SUD and AUD look different for everyone. We understand how important it is to feel safe, heard, and supported, and we know those connections are essential to building lasting stability and healing. We believe that everyone should have access to compassion and care during recovery, no matter where they are on their journey. Our clients come to us from all walks of life, with different backgrounds and experiences that have shaped the way their addiction has progressed. With this in mind, we create our programs based on the challenges our clients face, tailoring aspects to their specific recovery needs.
We offer a variety of treatments for different SUDs, such as:
How We Treat AUD and SUD at Crossroads
At Crossroads, all of our programs are tailored to provide the highest level of care based on each individual’s needs. Our treatment for AUD and SUD begins with Right Track, our inpatient treatment, and then moves to outpatient and aftercare. All of our programs are highly structured and designed to support life-long recovery through evidence-based therapies, personal accountability, and meaningful peer connection.
Our programs are not linear and can fit to meet you where you are in your recovery journey. Our individual treatment plans can include:
| Resource | What it helps with | How to access |
|---|---|---|
| 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline | 24/7 crisis support | Call or text 988 |
| Emergency Services | Overdose or immediate danger | Call 911 |
| Alcoholics Anonymous, Sacramento | Local AA meetings | Sacramento AA meeting directory |
| Narcotics Anonymous, Sacramento Area | Local NA meetings | Sacramento NA meeting directory |
